Recently, two of Huabing Technology’s core innovations — the “Side-Absorbing Self-Absorbing Ice Pack” and the “Self-Absorbing Phase-Change Resin” — received authoritative novelty verification certifications from the Chengdu Science and Technology Novelty Search Consulting Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

查新报告明确指出:在国内外检索范围内,未发现与两项技术创新点完全相同的公开文献,标志着华冰科技在冰袋及蓄冷材料领域的技术突破已具备独特性与领先性。

The Novelty Search Report clearly states that, within both domestic and international retrieval scopes, no publicly available literature was found that matches the innovative points of these two technologies. 传统冰袋常面临吸水慢、易粘连、材料冗余等问题,而华冰科技的侧吸自吸式冰袋通过三大创新实现 “降维打击”: 

Traditional ice packs often face challenges such as slow water absorption, susceptibility to sticking, and unnecessary material usage. Huabing Technology’s side-absorbing self-absorbing ice pack delivers a true step-change improvement through three core innovations, effectively addressing these limitations with superior efficiency and performance.

(1) 采用无纺布与塑料膜的精准拼接技术,背面以高透气无纺布为基材,边缘与食品级 PE 塑料膜无缝拼接,形成“吸水层-阻隔层”的复合结构; 

Using precise bonding technology between nonwoven fabric and plastic film, the back layer is constructed with a highly breathable nonwoven material seamlessly joined at the edges with food-grade PE film. This forms a composite “absorption layer–barrier layer” structure.


(2) 采用超声波高频焊接技术实现无纺布与塑料膜的复合,通过 20-30kHz的高频振动使接触面分子快速摩擦生热;

Ultrasonic high-frequency welding technology is used to bond the nonwoven fabric with the plastic film, applying high-frequency vibrations of 20–30 kHz to generate heat through rapid molecular friction at the contact surfaces.

(3) 采用侧吸导向吸水方法,利用无纺布的亲水特性与边缘结构设计,使水分从冰袋侧面快速吸入。

A side-directed water absorption mechanism is employed, leveraging the hydrophilic properties of the nonwoven fabric and the edge-structure design to enable rapid water intake from the sides of the ice pack.

Self-Absorbing Cooling Resin: A Material-Level Innovation Enabling High-Capacity Water Absorption


HB937 高吸水树脂通过特定的聚合工艺,构建了一种特殊的三维网状高分子结构。
HB937 high-absorption resin is produced through a specialized polymerization process that forms a unique three-dimensional network polymer structure.

(1)在其分子链上,分布着大量如羧基(-COOH)、羟基(-0H)等强亲水基团。这些亲水基团能够与水分子形成强烈的氢键作用,从而赋予树脂极高的吸水能力。这与普通吸水材料相比,HB937 树脂的吸水倍率可达自身重量的数百倍甚至上千倍,远超过传统吸水材料。

(1) Its polymer chains contain a high density of strongly hydrophilic functional groups such as carboxyl (-COOH) and hydroxyl (-OH). These hydrophilic groups form strong hydrogen bonds with water molecules, giving the resin exceptionally high water absorption capacity. Compared with conventional absorbent materials, HB937 resin can absorb several hundred to even several thousand times its own weight in water—far exceeding the performance of traditional water-absorbing materials.

(2) 在合成 HB937 树脂时,选用了高纯度的主要原料。高纯度可减少聚合副反应,让高分子链结构更规整,从而提升树脂的吸水和保水性能;加入天然成分既能降低生产成本,又能增强生物降解性,符合绿色环保趋势。

(2) During the synthesis of HB937 resin, high-purity primary raw materials are selected. The high purity minimizes polymerization side reactions, resulting in a more uniform and orderly polymer chain structure, which enhances both the water-absorption and water-retention properties of the resin. The incorporation of natural components not only reduces production costs but also improves biodegradability, aligning with current trends in environmentally friendly materials.

HB937 高吸水树脂通过特定的聚合工艺,构建了一种特殊的三维网状高分子结构。
HB937 high-absorption resin is produced through a specialized polymerization process that forms a unique three-dimensional network polymer structure.

(1)在其分子链上,分布着大量如羧基(-COOH)、羟基(-0H)等强亲水基团。这些亲水基团能够与水分子形成强烈的氢键作用,从而赋予树脂极高的吸水能力。这与普通吸水材料相比,HB937 树脂的吸水倍率可达自身重量的数百倍甚至上千倍,远超过传统吸水材料。

(1) Its polymer chains contain a high density of strongly hydrophilic functional groups such as carboxyl (-COOH) and hydroxyl (-OH). These hydrophilic groups form strong hydrogen bonds with water molecules, giving the resin exceptionally high water absorption capacity. (2) During the synthesis of HB937 resin, high-purity primary raw materials are selected. The high purity minimizes polymerization side reactions, resulting in a more uniform and orderly polymer chain structure, which enhances both the water-absorption and water-retention properties of the resin. The incorporation of natural components not only reduces production costs but also improves biodegradability, aligning with current trends in environmentally friendly materials.
